I had a brief conversation with Chamindra de Silva, whose contributions to the Humanitarian ICT Yahoo Group since the development of Sahana make very interesting reading.

I asked Chamindra what he was doing at SA III, why he was keen on collaborating with Microsoft in the development of Sahana’s interoperability with other systems and what he would take back to Sri Lanka from his experience in San Diego with Strong Angel III.

    Thanks for posting! Working with some of the Sahana contributors was one of my highlights of the trip and it underscores to the world our shared view of working together around open standards when there are common goals around information exchange.
