    Sanjana,

This is a great slide-show which I wished you could present to the Ministry of Education and ICTA, having adapted it to ‘Using the internet to enhance success in education and employment!’Something along those lines.

I see so many young people at the internet cafes mostly chatting online with blond girls and looking through porn sites, not realizing that they are throwing away such opportunity to learn and understand the real world in which they live. Plus so many resources to learn English. When we grew up a phone was a luxury! Now PCs are available but mostly not affordable. With such limited access to the internet it is really helpful if such a presentation becomes part of the school curricula. At least the teachers will learn to use the PCs (where available) in the school!

I trust you can tap into some enlightened types in the right places to take my suggestion forward!

    Your blog is great!
